How do I attain my CE certificate?
Once you have completed an entire course and the survey/evaluation that coincides with that course, you can login to your account, go to the course survey and click on it. There you will see the option to download the certificate.
I’m no longer a member, can I still get my certificate?
Yes, you can! Let us know your username and we can pull that information for you.
Which code are we approved under?
Front Office Rocks has determined that the AGD 550 Practice Management Code will be applied to continuing education credits (CE) for our online training modules, webinars as well as any of our live events.
I lost my Certificate for the Live Event. How do I get a new one?
We can re-send your CE certificate to you with a written request to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by requesting it via our live chat feature on our website. You will need to provide your full name and the practice name so we can verify your attendance.
What do I do if I am an AGD member Dentist and would like Front Office Rocks to submit on my behalf as an AGD PACE-approved provider?
Be sure we have your AGD number on file and when you complete a course module, let us know so we can submit directly to the AGD on your behalf.
