Why is there a multi-office training option?

Front Office Rocks was designed to be used as tool for dentists and office managers to train their teams. As we’ve grown, we have had requests from dental networks to offer a subsidized pricing plan for all of their offices to train at discount. A standard subscription allows 20 students in one geographic location to train as much as they need. For offices with multiple locations and hundreds of team members, the new multi-office pricing structure meets those needs.

What if we need more accounts after we sign up?

That’s great news! Congrats on your growth. We’ve made upgrading and downgrading your account super easy. While logged in the main paying account, visit your subscription tab on your dashboard, choose the “change plan” option. From there you can decide to go up the next level. If you choose to upgrade mid-billing cycle the charge to upgrade will be automatically prorated for the current billing cycle.

Can we have more than one account manager?

Not at this time. Our system is still limited to one account manager that shows the subscription, billing information, and student progress reports. For large networks, we recommend using the main account as a shared account only and creating a student account for each dentist/office manager/trainer that wants to take the courses for their own educational purposes and earning CE.

Can we import a large amount of users at once?

Yes! We recommend creating a .csv file of all the users you would like to add to your account. Make sure you check both boxes to send a password reset link and a welcome email.

The only fields needed for the CSV are:

* Username (“username”)  – This is also the display name for your users
* Email (“email”)   – a valid email address is required to gain access to the account
* First name (“first_name”)   – First name of the user
* Last name (“last_name”)    – Last name of the user
