Cancellation/Substitution and Refund Policy
Cancellations will be accepted and are entitled to a refund provided they are sent in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to 15 days before an event. A $25 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund for each cancelled registration. No refunds of any kind will be given for cancellations requested within the two weeks prior to the event but you may request a substitution. To make a substitution, please call Front Office Rocks at 800-914-3595 to change the registrant’s information and pay any difference in fees.
