How can I change my password?

Log in to your Dashboard and click the “Edit Account” tab of the page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the “Change Password” text link to update your password. Enter your new password into both boxes on the next page and then click ‘Update Password’.

If you cannot access your account, you may use the forgot email option on the log in page. Please reach out to our team on using the Chat widget on the bottom right hand of your screen if you are having trouble accessing your account.
