Dental Team

No back office training would be complete without a section focused on working as a team. We spend more time with our team members than we often do with our own families, which makes it crucial for the group to form a cohesive and united front. Different people means different personality types, which is a good thing! As team members, it is important to remember that we have to learn to acclimate (within reason) to those around us. If everyone has this goal – and the patient’s well being – in mind, there is only room to succeed!
