Doctor

The focus of this training is to help the doctor(s) in your practice align their philosophies in regards to treatment recommendation, interacting with patients, and managing consultations. In these videos, you will hear from a team of dentists who share their insights and backgrounds, and develop an understanding of the best ways to handle conversations with patients across a variety of personality types and situations. Please note, there are many situations where the doctor may serve the roles of both clinician and office manager, in which case both trainings should be completed.
